To schedule a delivery with EWS II (ORION LOCATION ONLY) please provide the following information:
Name (Company Name), Contact Phone Number, Requested Delivery Date/Time, Material and Quantity, Delivery Address, and Dumping/Special Instructions. Once e-mail has been received someone will call you to finalize order and to set up payment arrangement.
Scheduling Requirements Please note that e-mailing an order does not place the order. If you do not receive a call back within 2 hours you may want to call our office at 248-391-9446 to place order if wanted within 24Hours. All orders typically require 24hour notice to schedule, no delivery will be guaranteed to go out with less than 24 hours notice. Dumping Requirements Please be aware: to guarantee your delivery is dumped in the correct spot we require someone to be home / on-site. However, if for some reason this is not possible please either mark the designated area or inform our office of dumping instructions and our driver will do their best to accommodate. If you have any special instructions such as "Do Not Drive On Driveway" or "Do Not Dump In Grass"please make us aware prior to delivery because we may require someone to be home to accept delivery. We do our best to insure mulch is delivered and dumped at our customers convenience and satisfaction, we rely on your help to make this possible. DISCLAIMER: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY OUR TRUCK IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WERE NOT MET. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR MULCH Our dyed material is a water based dyed material and the color does need time to dry/bake in the sun in order to ensure the color will not fade or run off. We suggest not to spread dyed material when weather is calling for rain. If you order dyed material and are not spreading it right away we suggest you cover it with a tarp to avoid any potential rain from washing away the color.
